This planning grant was awarded to Mlup Baitong Organization to provide support to Roleak Kang Chheung CPAs to work with the project proponent to elaborate the project proposal, undertake baseline assessments, recruit technical assistance to develop strategies, develop a business plan and, through learning by doing, building capacity in proposal design. There are two project outputs that will be produced under this planning grant: i) A detailed project logical framework includes baseline data, indicators, targets with a detailed budget of each project activity; and ii) Full project proposal prepared by expertise with the consolidation of all comments and inputs from the community both men and women, local authority and all key stakeholders. The final project proposal that has to respond to all NSC conditions listed in the Minutes of the NSC meeting will be produced and submitted to the GEF SGP UNDP and other donors in Cambodia.
