Grow Up Internship through Sustainable Agricultural Practices in Region 10
The project uses a multi-pronged approach to address and minimise the effects of climate change on farmers in region 10 and promote food security while engaging university students as technical and labour support to local farmers. The project intends to help farmers and community members grow in their knowledge and techniques as it relates to climate-smart practices, help second and third-year tertiary students based in region 10 grow their practical knowledge and grow the food production levels of the region. Objective: To support and strengthen sustainable agricultural productivity in region 10 through the adaptation of climate-smart agricultural techniques.
